For BeatBox BDC 2025 in Houston, I led the full design and look and feel of the event, including a trade show built as seven immersive “lands” instead of standard booths. We turned strategy into a theme park: Perfect Pair was a Vegas chapel with casino tables and an Elvis officiant inviting distributors to actually play—slots, poker, the works. Sponsorship Land showcased our sports partnerships and exclusive team packs (OSU, LSU, Mavs, Dallas Stars) inside a locker-room environment where guests had to solve a puzzle hidden in the lockers to unlock the story.

Shaq Land was dedicated to announcing the partnership live on stage, with interactive moments like measuring height against a Shaq cutout, shooting hoops, and comparing shoe sizes. In BeatBUS Land, guests sampled BeatBox slushies; Variety Pack Land became a backyard BBQ with drinking games; Innovation Land was the lab for testing upcoming flavors; and Hard Tea Land a twist on Alice in Wonderland to promote the hard tea line. We closed the journey at BeatBox Mart, where distributors could “shop” free merch. Every land was designed to make 2025 business priorities feel tangible, memorable, and fun.
